Agreement

By using this website or booking a service with Squeaky Clean Auto Detailing LLC ("Squeaky Clean," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.

Our services

We offer ceramic coating, paint correction, interior and exterior detailing, and mobile, aircraft and marine detailing. Descriptions on this website are summaries. We confirm the exact work, price and timing with you when you book.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are starting prices and may change. Ceramic coating and paint correction are quoted after we look at your paint, because the condition of the surface affects the time and work needed. Monthly plan discounts apply to the visits on that plan. We will tell you about any change in price before we do additional work.

Scheduling and access

We work by appointment. You agree to be available at the agreed time and place, to give us safe access to the vehicle, aircraft or boat, and to tell us about anything we should know, such as existing damage, leaks, or items that need special care.

Please contact us as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may charge for appointments that are missed or cancelled late, as confirmed when you book.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed when you book. You agree to pay the agreed price for the work we do.

Condition of your vehicle

Some existing damage, wear and paint conditions, such as thin clear coat, earlier repaints, rock chips and deep scratches, can limit what polishing or coating can achieve. Please remove valuables and personal items before we start. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle, aircraft or boat.

Results and coating care

Paint correction removes swirls, haze and light to moderate scratches, but we cannot remove every defect. A ceramic coating makes a surface easier to clean and helps protect it, but it does not make paint scratch-proof or stone-chip-proof. Results depend on the condition of the surface and on how the vehicle is washed and cared for afterward. We will explain how to care for your coating at hand-off.

Our responsibility

We are insured and we take care with every vehicle. If you believe we damaged something, tell us as soon as you notice, ideally before we leave, and give us the chance to inspect it and make it right.

Disclaimers and limits

Except where the law does not allow it, this website and our services are provided "as is," without promises beyond those we make in writing when you book. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Using this website

The content on this website, including text, photos, video and the Squeaky Clean name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This website may link to other sites, such as our booking site. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the website or booking a service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
